11th Anniversary Beer School

Saturday, April 19, 2025, 11 am to 1 pm.

Spend the afternoon talking & tasting craft beer, taking a tour of the Phoenix, sharing insights and trends from the industry, and 11 years of craft beer.

The class also includes a tutorial on tasting techniques and a guided tasting of a selected flight of beers. Participants will also have an opportunity to take a full campus tour and ask all the big beer questions you've ever wanted.

Led by members of our production and education staff, and part of ownership, Duncan and Carmone Macfarlane. Registration is $50 and includes samples, snacks, 1 full-size beer, and a pint glass for home!

Island Time Pina Colada Tart Fruit Ale with Strawberry Can & Draft Release-

You put the lime in the coconut & shake it all up! Pineapple, Coconut, Lime, Vanilla, and a hint of strawberry in a slightly tart blonde ale. Not too sweet and not too tart.

Salty Mermaid Margarita Gose with Watermelon & Lime Draft Release-

A traditional German gose brewed with wheat, a lower ABV, and pink Himalayan Sea Salt but with watermelon for a modern twist.

Available only on draft.
